Les droits economiques, sociaux et culturels dans le contexte post-seime haitien

Quelles sont les obligations de l’Etat ?Dans le cadre de son programme mensuel titré «vendredis de la Plateforme », la Plateforme des Organisations Haïtiennes des Droits Humains organise, tous les derniers vendredis du mois, une conférence /débats sur une problématique fondamentale de droits humains. Pour le vendredi 24 septembre, la POHDH tient à faire le bilan des conférences qu’elle a réalisées plus de huit mois après le tremblement de terre du 12 janvier 2010.

Overview of IDP concentrations in Port-au-prince and Carrefour, Haiti This map presents an overview of temporary shelter locations of displaced Haitians in Port-au-prince and Carrefour, as identified in satellite imagery recorded on 13 January 2010. This IDP locations range in size from small clusters of survivors (approx. 20-50) to large concentrations numbering in the low thousands. Locations are commonly situated in open areas away from unstable buildings, in parks, sport fields, church compounds and grassy medians of main roads. Four case examples are show in the imagery. This is a preliminary analysis & has not yet been validated in the field.
