Following the judgement on court case No.65 of 2010.
The ongoing deliberations have opened up a new avenue for residents to challenge on illegality in regards to all Kenya Railways Cooperation land and assets.
Its noteworthy to understand that the lands the railway has ,the land Deed Lease has 99 year,for residential purposes only.Thus our quest as community to challenge the illegality of owner in East Africa Court of Justice or Africa Union Court.
Given the urgency of the matter we are calling for international support towards instituting a Right To Housing Court case.
Decisioni:
Residents Data,is in the process of compiling,a committee of 8 people established to look into the legal redress process.
